I went in and met Jeff, I thought I would try the personal training for a month and see how it goes.
Jeff has been great, he is a much better trainer than I thought he would be, he is always positive, and he pushes me without being pushy. Because of Jeff, I am working out once a week or more, whereas before I came in just a few times in the previous 2 years. I highly recommend the personal training.

I really needed to start excerising and my husband recommended Jeff.  I wasn't so sure and was thinking a women might be more of what I was thinking...  But I was pleasently surprised how much I liked working with Jeff.  He was perfect for me, pushed me but also knew when I was at my limit.

Jeff is an awesome trainer, I have some physical limitations because of a bad back he’s very knowledgeable about training me so that I don’t hurt myself. I have come so far working out with him. I’m stronger, more flexible and he’s got a way of keeping me motivated I look forward to our workouts together. Anybody that uses him for training will be extremely happy.

Mr.Jeff is excellent, very kind and respectful. Last year when I went to the gym I just came from a difficult treatment. I was very weak,because I lost a lot of muscle mass all around my body.Mr. Jeff was very positive he helped . Right now I see my improvement, I gain my strength and got muscle mass that changed my life completely. I highly recommend Mr. Jeff as your trainer.

I the 18 months since I began training with Jeff I have improved in all areas and am able to do things I haven’t been able to do for some time. As an example, in our first session I could only do three squats. Now I can easily do 30 squats. My overall body strength has improved and my doctor says regular workouts at the gym are very important for me to maintain my active lifestyle. Jeff keeps me motivated and watches me so I don’t pick up sloppy habits during my workouts. I recommend Jeff highly for mature adults.
